House rules Healthy Balance®

As there are always multiple clients present in the practice at the same time, house rules have been drawn up to avoid accidents, incidents and misunderstandings.

Please find the rules below:

Clients and therapists should behave according to the general norms and values of conduct.

Management reserves the right to remove anybody who demonstrates offending behaviour from the premises.

As our practice also offers treatments to disabled people, it is appreciated that these persons are offered a seat in case of limited seating.

If you leave your coat or other personal belongings on the coat hanger or in the waiting room, please pay attention to your valuables. The practice cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings that are left in the waiting room.

The practice cannot be held responsible for theft of or damage to personal belongings in or around the premises (including cars and bicycles).

When parking your car or bicycle, please ensure that everybody can move along without hindrance.

If you read any magazines while waiting, would you please return them upon leaving the waiting room?

In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions of the staff or the emergency services (fire brigade, police).

Clients should wear clean shoes during the indoor treatments.

Bearing in mind any hypersensitive or allergic reactions of other clients, please refrain from using strong smelling perfumes, aftershaves or deodorants.

At the request of the therapist, clients should bring a towel into the treatment rooms for hygiene purposes.

The practice does not accept any liability for personal injuries of clients who have not followed the therapists’ instructions.
